Dalam langkah besar menuju transformasi dan pengembangan institusi, STIKES Telogorejo Semarang telah resmi menandatangani Akta Jual Beli (AJB) tanah di kawasan Klipang dengan PT Daya Cipta Tiara ( PT. Industri Jamu dan Farmasi Sido Muncul Tbk ). Acara penandatanganan berlangsung pada Senin, 16 Desember 2024 di Ruang Auditorium Lantai 4 STIKES Telogorejo Semarang dihadiri oleh Ketua Pembina, Ketua Pengawas,  Ketua Pengurus Yayasan Kesehatan Telogorejo beserta jajarannya, jajaran pimpinan STIKES Telogorejo, perwakilan PT Daya Cipta Tiara, serta tamu undangan lainnya. Ketua Pengurus Yayasan Kesehatan Telogorejo, dr. Koesbintoro Singgih, MM., mengungkapkan “Acara ini adalah penandatanganan akta jual beli bahwa tanah Klipang, dengan ini tanah tersebut sudah sah menjadi milik kita dengan luas tanah yang kami beli 46116 m2.”. dr. Singgih juga mengungkapkan yang dibeli akan digunakan untuk pembangunan gedung kedua institusi. Proyek ini juga menjadi salah satu langkah strategis dalam mengembangkan STIKES Telogorejo Semarang menjadi Universitas. “Pembangunan gedung kedua ini adalah bagian dari rencana besar kami untuk memperluas akses pendidikan kesehatan dan meningkatkan kualitas layanan akademik yang kami tawarkan. Ini juga menjadi pondasi penting dalam proses kami bertransformasi menjadi Universitas Telogorejo Semarang,” ujar dr. Koesbintoro Singgih, MM. Tanah yang berlokasi strategis di Klipang ini memiliki potensi besar untuk mendukung visi jangka panjang STIKES Telogorejo Semarang. Selain pembangunan gedung perkuliahan dan fasilitas pendukung lainnya, pengembangan ini akan dirancang untuk menciptakan lingkungan pendidikan yang modern dan inovatif. Direktur PT Daya Cipta Tiara, Dr. ( H.C. ) Irwan Hidayat, menyatakan “Saya melepas tanah tersebut kepada STIKES Telogorejo Semarang karena disana terdapat market dan sekolah ini sangat dibutuhkan untuk mencetak tenaga kesehatan. STIKES Telogorejo Semarang telah berpengalaman sejak tahun 1954 dan lulusannya siap kerja.” Penandatanganan AJB ini menjadi tonggak penting dalam sejarah STIKES Telogorejo Semarang. Dengan komitmen yang kuat untuk terus maju, pihak institusi optimis dapat memberikan kontribusi yang lebih besar bagi dunia pendidikan tinggi, khususnya di bidang kesehatan. Acara ini ditutup dengan foto bersama antara kedua belah pihak serta komitmen untuk segera merealisasikan proyek pembangunan dalam waktu dekat. Semarang, 12 Desember 2024 – STIKES Telogorejo Semarang kembali mencatat prestasi membanggakan dengan meraih penghargaan dari LLDIKTI Wilayah VI sebagai Perguruan Tinggi Swasta (PTS) Pelopor Pelaksana Kegiatan Bursa Kampus Merdeka Mandiri. Penghargaan ini diberikan atas kontribusi STIKES Telogorejo dalam mendukung dan mengimplementasikan program Kampus Merdeka secara inovatif dan berkelanjutan. Penghargaan tersebut diterima langsung oleh Ketua STIKES Telogorejo Semarang dalam acara resmi yang digelar oleh LLDIKTI Wilayah VI. Dalam sambutannya, Ketua STIKES Telogorejo menyampaikan rasa syukur dan kebanggaannya atas pengakuan ini. "Penghargaan ini merupakan hasil kerja keras seluruh sivitas akademika STIKES Telogorejo Semarang dalam mewujudkan visi Kampus Merdeka. Kami berkomitmen untuk terus menjadi mitra strategis LLDIKTI dan memberikan yang terbaik bagi mahasiswa," ujar Ketua STIKES Telogorejo. Program Bursa Kampus Merdeka Mandiri yang diinisiasi oleh STIKES Telogorejo Semarang telah berhasil menciptakan platform kolaborasi antara mahasiswa, dosen, dan dunia industri. Melalui kegiatan ini, mahasiswa tidak hanya mendapatkan pengalaman belajar yang relevan dengan dunia kerja tetapi juga mampu mengembangkan soft skills yang mendukung daya saing mereka di masa depan. Penghargaan ini diharapkan semakin memotivasi STIKES Telogorejo Semarang untuk terus berinovasi dalam melaksanakan program-program pendidikan yang selaras dengan kebutuhan zaman dan memberikan manfaat nyata bagi masyarakat.

Semarang, 12 Desember 2024 – Hari ini, STIKES Telogorejo Semarang mengadakan 6th International Conference on Health Practice and Research (6th ICHPR) dengan tema "Building Mental Health Awareness to Improve Quality of Life". Acara ini menghadirkan Dr. (H.C) Irwan Hidayat sebagai keynote speaker, yang memberikan motivasi dan inspirasi kepada para 700 peserta konferensi. Setelah menyampaikan pidato, beliau juga berkesempatan untuk meninjau fasilitas kampus STIKES Telogorejo Semarang. Dalam kunjungannya, Dr. Irwan menyampaikan kesan positif terhadap fasilitas yang ada. “Saya tidak bisa memberikan masukan kepada STIKES Telogorejo karena memang sudah bagus. Sebelum acara ini, saya langsung memanggil dua mahasiswa untuk menanyakan secara langsung tentang kepuasan mereka. Fasilitas yang diberikan sangat maksimal. Semoga dengan pembangunan gedung baru, STIKES Telogorejo dapat menampung lebih banyak mahasiswa dan memberikan pengalaman belajar dengan fasilitas modern,” ujar Dr. Irwan. Pak Irwan juga mengungkapkan kekagumannya terhadap salah satu fasilitas unggulan yang dimiliki STIKES Telogorejo, yaitu Pantom Nursing Anne Simulator. Beliau menambahkan bahwa simulator tersebut merupakan salah satu dari hanya enam yang ada di Indonesia, menunjukkan komitmen tinggi STIKES Telogorejo terhadap pendidikan kesehatan berkualitas. Acara ini menjadi momen penting bagi STIKES Telogorejo Semarang untuk memperkuat komitmen dalam menyediakan pendidikan berkualitas dan fasilitas unggul demi mendukung pengembangan sumber daya manusia di bidang kesehatan. Konferensi ini dihadiri oleh para akademisi, praktisi, dan mahasiswa, yang bersama-sama berdiskusi untuk meningkatkan kesadaran akan kesehatan mental di masyarakat.
